Delivery Options
We offer several delivery options to suit your needs:
- Standard Delivery: 3-7 business days
- Express Delivery: 1-3 business days
- Next Day Delivery: Order before 2pm for next business day delivery
All delivery times are estimates and commence from the date your order is dispatched.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all addresses within Australia. For international deliveries, please visit thestylesibyl.com for available countries and rates.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and order value:
- Standard Delivery: $7.95
- Free standard shipping on orders over $75
- Express Delivery: $12.95
- Next Day Delivery: $19.95
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During sale periods, processing may take slightly longer. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website at thestylesibyl.com or directly with the carrier.
Delivery Issues
If you experience any issues with your delivery:
- Check your tracking information first
- Contact the carrier directly
- If unresolved, contact us via thestylesibyl.com
Please allow 24 hours after expected delivery date before reporting missing packages.
Signature Required
For security, all orders over $200 require a signature upon delivery. If you’re not home, the carrier will leave a card with instructions for collection.
Delivery to Remote Areas
Deliveries to remote areas may take additional time. Some express services may not be available in all regional locations.
Parcel Collection
You can choose to have your order delivered to a nearby collection point. Available locations will be shown during checkout.
Change of Delivery Address
Address changes can only be made before your order is dispatched. Contact us immediately via thestylesibyl.com if you need to change your delivery address.
Failed Deliveries
If delivery attempts fail, packages will be returned to the nearest post office for collection. Items unclaimed after 10 business days will be returned to us and a restocking fee may apply.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or unforeseen circumstances.
Multiple Item Orders
Items from the same order may be shipped in separate packages if they come from different warehouse locations. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each package.
Weekend Delivery
We do not offer weekend delivery. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm will be processed on the next business day.
Holiday Periods
During holiday periods, please allow additional time for order processing and delivery. Specific holiday cut-off dates will be announced on thestylesibyl.com.
